Vision
The Architect’s Vision was to completely strip back the old library and turn the space into a modern, creative and innovative learning space as well as dedicated offices and IT room for the Staff.
Utilising flexible working spaces allows the staff to create a range of learning environments and experiences for the Children.
Execution
Once the existing library was completely removed including all services, the new works comprised of raising the ceiling heights, all new AC, Electrical, Data, AV, Fire & Security services, Architecturally design features including tiered seating, feature joinery, Operable walls, new kitchen & offices for the staff.
The Project was completed during an operating school and safety was paramount to GCP to ensure the school kids were safe at all times.
