Vision
Berkeley on the Beach Apartments are located on the Beachfront of Surfers Paradise.
Their existing pool and surrounding areas were dilapidated and highly affected by Salt & Corrosion. The Vision was to rectify the Pool Area and create an amazing space for Residents and Guests for years to come.

Scope of Work
The Pool Refurbishment comprised on Extensive Demolition, Concrete Cancer Rectifications, New Podium Slab, Complete Waterproofing system, Millboard Decking, New Pool Linings, Structural Alterations to the facade, Feature Screens, Astro Turfed BBQ area, Stone Cladding Feature Walls, landscaping and New Front entry Timber Look Battens.
