Made With Love Bridal New Head Quarters Fitout
The MWL Bridal HQ Fitout comprises partition walls, various amenities, photo studios, a showroom for wedding dresses, an open-plan office, a new cafe, new kitchens, new amenities, and new meeting rooms. The project was completed within a tight three month schedule, which exceeded the original four month construction period outlined in the contract. Despite the challenging timeframe, GCP successfully delivered a high-quality project in accordance with the program.

A stunning conversion of an Industrial/ corporate office into a high end lifestyle workplace comprises of a Gym, Cafe, Outdoor entertainment areas, custom built tiered seating with Presentation Screens, photo shoot rooms, science lab, flexible workspaces and custom meeting rooms to cater for the continued growth of Hi Smile. The office was designed by Woods Bagot who created an amazing space with world leading facilities for the team at Hi Smile, Burleigh Heads.

The Pool Refurbishment comprised of Extensive Demolition, Concrete Cancer Rectifications, New Podium Slab, Complete Waterproofing system, Millboard Decking, New Pool Linings, Structural Alterations to the facade, Feature Screens, Astro Turfed BBQ area, Stone Cladding Feature Walls, landscaping and New Front entry Timber Look Battens.
The transformation was amazing and a lot of past concrete cancer issues were rectified & protected from further corrosion.

Residential Design Firm ‘I want that design’ wanted to create a dynamic & innovative Office Space for their team and clientele which reflected a residential feel and design elements to showcase what their Services can offer. Elements of the Fit Out included Polished Concrete Floors, Recycled Timber Feature Walls, Beautiful Granite leather reception desk, Custom Joinery and stunning finishes throughout.

2017 Winner for Fit Out & Refurbishment
Graphic & Web designers C-Squared (CSQD) (Now Embarked) wanted to create an amazing work space for their team which reflected their creative and innovative brand. The office design included polished floors, feature brick wall, clean lines, black and white finishes and feature green walls. The office transformed a very dated space into a clean and modern open planned office which was awarded Master Builders Award in 2017.
