Vision
GCP completed Sorrento Shopping Village Refurbishment in March 2022.
This architecturally designed upgrade to the structure has taken place with tenancy business operational to the public.
Execution
The project consists of the following:
new public amenities,
tenancy service upgrades,
extensive new works to the existing external carpark and landscapes,
complete replacement and installation of the central courtyard with landscaping,
new external facades,
new tiles and coloured concrete walkways,
installation of a high level, feature awning covering the central courtyard as a centrepiece to the project.
