Vision
Construction of a new two storey building for the local Currumbin Junior Surf Life Saving Club
GCP has completed Junior Surf Life Saving Club in Currumbin. The project comprises of removing the existing Currumbin Vikings Junior SLSC and constructing a new ultra modern Junior Surf Life Saving Club. Board storage and changeroom facilities for the Nippers are on ground floor. Office space for club staff and a large open function room with additional space for future commercial kitchen facilities are on level 1. There is a small café outlet with outdoor seating at the entrance of the building on ground floor along with male/female accessible public amenities and outdoor shower area to the North boundary side.
Execution
The project scope includes
– removing the existing Currumbin Vikings Junior SLSC
– constructing a new ultra modern Junior Surf Life Saving Club
– new communal areas for awards and presentations,
– lift installation, external cladding,
– high end rendering finishes,
– timber look aluminum feature battens,
– new café with commercial kitchen,
– new public amenities and open carpark.
