Vision
GCP completed the Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments in Margate.
The SDA apartments have been specifically designed to accommodate PWD tenants over two floors. It has four units, one multi purpose room and a career’s room.
Execution
The project scope of works contains :
– services,
– lift installation,
– PWD Specific fixtures and equipment,
– architecturally designed external features and landscaping,
– garage
– driveway
– an onsite full time career’s accommodation unit.
