Vision
GCP completed Pacific Regis Lobby Upgrade in April.
The project is about refurbishment of the properties ground level reception foyer and lift lobby including the rear entry door and exterior awning, and the refurbishment of the various unit entry access corridors and lift lobbies for the remaining levels of the property.
Execution
The project consists of the following:
The renovation of the building’s entry access, reception foyer, ground level lift lobby, ground level unit corridor and the exterior podium access door and exterior awning.
The refurbishment of the lift lobbies and unit access corridors from levels 2-15.
