Vision
This office fit out was completed in Brisbane for the landlord directly.
This space was an empty shell and the landlord had been trying to lease the space out for 6 months however were unable to secure a tenant with an empty shell. They decided to invest in a professional office fit out with furniture so it was ready for a company to walk in and start working.
Execution
This investment has paid off for the landlord.
They leased the space about a week from our project completion date to a highly successful Property Developer in Qld, which was impressed with the fit out.
