Vision
The landlord engaged us to construct a new acoustic plant room to house refrigeration units for a couple of retail tenants in Brisbane.
The units were a major problem for the landlord due to the ongoing noise issues in surrounding areas. Overall the new plant room has had a significant positive impact of the enjoyment of residences.
Execution
This area was originally a garden bed and our scope included to remove the garden bed, construct a new concrete slab, new block work retaining wall, infill a fire rated wall/louvre in an existing corridor, relocate refrigeration units and install new acoustic rated louvres.
