Vision
GCP completed 2nd Ave Lobby Upgrade in June 2024.
The project’s scope is demolition of existing lobby & reception area, and lift lobby upgrade and reception foyer upgrade.
Execution
The works include
installation of new tile flooring,
re lining and painting of walls and ceilings,
installation of new stone lift reveal cladding,
new stone & tile clad reception joinery,
new timber wall linings throughout the lift and lobby areas.
