Vision
GCP completed the first of two new waterfront Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments in Bundall.
The SDA apartments have been specifically designed to accommodate residents as part of the NDIS and project was completed over two floors.
Execution
The scope of works included :
– demolition of the existing house,
– new civil works,
– services,
– masonry construction of floors and walls,
– lift installation,
– PWD Specific fixtures and equipment,
– architecturally designed external features and landscapes,
– open carpark,
– an onsite full time carers accommodation unit.
