Vision
GCP completed a unique Gold Coast Wedding Venue in Merrimac.
The Braeside Wedding Venue Project comprised of removing the existing marquee structure and constructing a new reception hall, bar facilities and back of house kitchen area, allowing catering for up to 100 patrons.
Execution
The scope of works included :
– demolition of the pre-existing structure,
– extensive civil and hydraulic works,
– feature glass roof,
– external fireplace fitted with concrete rendered seating,
– external cladding,
– high end rendering feature finishes,
– a new commercial kitchen,
– fully equipped bar,
– a high-end reception hall catered for Weddings and Corporate events.
