GCP put together a complete design and construct package with basically free run to create the space and feel they were looking for. Their main driver was to create a workplace that had a warm, open and welcoming feel for their clients and employees rather than a typical cold corporate office space. We had a fixed budget to work with but we were able to create an amazing space they can now grow their business into for the next 10 years

Colliers International Commercial Real Estate Company required their Gold Coast office to be refurbished so the branding is in line with the other offices in Brisbane and Sydney. We were able to create this look and feel on a cost effective budget. We had a small window to complete the refurbishment works over the Christmas and New Year break which we achieved with great planning, resourcing and delivery to ensure the completion date was met.

A new retail shop fit out into a modern and creative experience for the team and clients of Discover Travel. We utilised the Architect’s design intent however sourced cost effective solutions to meet the client’s budget. Our aim was to create the look/feel the designer created but by tweaking finishes and method to satisfy the client’s needs. We are very proud of the outcome and the client is very happy in their new space.

CSQD Graphic and Web design team purchased a new office in Bundall on the Gold Coast. We were engaged to complete a Design & Construct Service to turn this old, dark space into a modern creative space. GCP worked with CSQD over a few months leading up to settlement to create a design concept, layout, budgeting and certification. Once settlement occurred, we hit the ground running and completed the works on time and within their budget.

Batch Fire Resources relocated their Brisbane office into Market St. Part of the relocation was to upgrade the dated office space into a fresh, clean and modern work space. The works involved were cosmetic including new carpet, paint, kitchen flooring, joinery, workstations, boardroom furniture and reconfigure the managers office.

The Toombul District Cricket Club received a grant to upgrade the viewing deck. We worked within the grant allowance to complete the design and construct service of new astro turf standing area, compliant balustrade and external structural stair case to access the roof top viewing deck.

Serenity Cove is a land development in Prestigious Hope Island. We were the successful tenderer on the complete refurbishment and extension of this existing out dated demountable style sales office. The impressive design by BDA Architects includes total reconfiguration internally, new sales display area, presentation room, kitchen, external timber decks and feature timber screen. This project is currently under construction.

Bridges Financial Planning firm bought a new office space in  Varsity Lakes and wanted to refurbish it into a clean, modern, light filled and open plan work area. We worked with Bridges Financial to come up with a design that suited their budget and business branding. Works included demolition, new power/data, relocate/service existing Air Conditioning, new glazing, joinery, furniture, floor coverings and painting.

Sirus Migration purchased the office space in Queen St, Brisbane and required a complete new fit out of the space to accommodate their growing team. GCP had only 3 weeks to complete this project and were able to achieve this successfully. New works included Design and Certification of four offices, Boardroom, Reception area and Upgrade of all services to suit the new layout.

We were engaged to build an acoustic room for existing refrigeration units. We tendered the works and were successful based on our price and solutions. The works are currently underway and includes an extension of structure, acoustic louvres and fire wall/door.

A Private Developer in Surfers Paradise was required to relocate the overhead power lines to underground system. We completed the tree removal, services trench, conduit installation (approx. 70m run through existing services), driveway and road crossing works to meet GCCC and Energex installation requirements.

The Building owner of ‘The Hamilton’ ¬†development in Brisbane had a vacant shell between two tenancies which they couldn’t lease out as is so we worked with them to create a complete office fit out with furniture so ready to walk in, plug the computer in and start working. The brief was a professional suite suitable for up to 10 people with a boardroom and kitchen facilities. Upon completion, the landlord successfully leased the space.

Food Safety Australia has grown their business dramatically over the last 12 months and moved into a permanent office at 46 Edward St, Brisbane. The works required by GCP were to amend the existing Boardroom and split into two meeting/offices prior to them moving in.

The owners of this Main Beach residence on the Gold Coast were looking to create a modern /industrial entertainment area to the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Basement area. The original home was dated and spaces within the basement area did not suit their lifestyle. The extensive renovation included a total strip out of 2 levels (Basement & Ground) and all new finishes installed throughout. The works included: polished concrete floors, feature recycled brick work, custom steel doors and ladder, beautiful elegant kitchen with 2 pack joinery & stone tops, a new wine cellar in the store room and a completely fitted out bar/entertainment area in the basement with spotted gum timber throughout.

Architect ‘I want that design’ recently purchased an office space in Southport to accommodate their growing team and workload. The design turned two vacant plain offices into one creative and innovative stylish work space. The design included a stunning granite reception, recycled timber feature walls, polished concrete floors, custom joinery bench seating, elegant kitchen and open planned office areas. The space will become ‘I want that designs’ showroom for clients, builders and consultants and they wanted to showcase key elements of what is possible.

The building owner required to divide a vacant office part of their works prior to the new tenant moving in. GCP were engaged to create a new shop front, inter tenancy wall, new floor coverings, window furnishings and relocate services to suit the new layout.

We were engaged to complete a total ‘defit’ (demolition) of an existing apartment sales display office and office space and put back to base building standards. The works included demolition of all services, walls, flooring, tiles, joinery and make good where required ready for the next tenant. We worked with the surrounding neighbors (mixture of residential and commercial) to complete with minimal impact with noise.

GCP are creating a 90m2 boutique office in Bundall which is due to start onsite on the 1st December. The existing space will be stripped out and turned into a creative modern space which will include polished concrete floors, black powder coat framing to boardroom/offices, open planned, timber joinery, feature tiled wall at entry, green wall in office workstation area and a toilet/shower facility within the space.
